• 50,000 hryvnias - for those serving in headquarters or military administration bodies outside combat zones.

In addition, for every 30 days of completing combat missions, military personnel are granted a one-time reward of 70,000 hryvnias. These funds are intended to motivate servicemen and support their combat readiness.

Bonuses are an important part of the payment structure. Their minimum amount is 10% of the salary, but it can be higher depending on rank and length of service. The amount of the bonus is closely related to the discipline of the serviceman. For example:

• A reprimand from the commander reduces the bonus by 10%.

• A strict reprimand - by 20%.

• Two disciplinary sanctions - by 40%.

• Three sanctions - by 50%.
