According to inkorr.com: In October 2025, Ukrainian military personnel will receive financial support, which includes basic salaries, bonuses, and rewards for completed combat missions. These payments are governed by specific rules approved in
order of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine No. 260. This information is reported by
finance.novyny.live.
Components of military salary
Financial support for military personnel consists of several elements:
-
Basic payments: salary assigned based on military rank.
-
Additional payments: allowances for length of service, living conditions, or other aspects of service.
-
One-time rewards: bonuses and special payments for completing combat missions.
The minimum salary of a military personnel is approximately 20,000 hryvnias per month. For those who perform tasks with increased risk, additional financial compensation is also provided.
Rewards for completed tasks in October
According to resolution No. 168,
the amounts of rewardsdepend on the type of tasks:
-
30,000 hryvnias - for completing combat or special tasks based on a combat order.
-
50,000 hryvnias - for those serving in headquarters or military administration bodies outside combat zones.
-
100,000 hryvnias - for combatants who ensure the defense of the country and protect the population from Russian aggression.
In addition, for every 30 days of completing combat missions, military personnel are granted a one-time reward of 70,000 hryvnias. These funds are intended to motivate servicemen and support their combat readiness.
Bonuses in the structure of servicemen's salaries
Bonuses are an important part of the payment structure. Their minimum amount is 10% of the salary, but it can be higher depending on rank and length of service. The amount of the bonus is closely related to the discipline of the serviceman. For example:
-
A reprimand from the commander reduces the bonus by 10%.
-
A strict reprimand - by 20%.
-
Two disciplinary sanctions - by 40%.
-
Three sanctions - by 50%.
These measures aim to support discipline and the quality of duty performance.
It is important to note that the new rules for financial support for military personnel aim not only at material support but also at increasing the motivation for service. High rewards for completing combat missions are designed to stimulate servicemen for dedicated service and professional training, which is especially relevant in the current situation in the country.
