'Stuck in Chaos': Trump Made a Series of Statements About Ukraine and Zelensky.
U.S. President Donald Trump emphasized that the relationships between the U.S. and Ukraine are different from those with Israel, although both conflicts are significant. In response to a question about Ukraine's survival without U.S. aid, Trump stated that Ukraine's independence may be at risk. He also stressed that the war should never have happened, and now the U.S. finds itself in the chaos that they are creating.
Trump also claimed that he has a firm stance on Russia, but at the same time, he maintains good relations with Russian leader Putin. He reminded of the aid that the U.S. has provided to Ukraine and noted that Zelensky has not expressed gratitude for this. Trump also mentioned that his administration supplied Ukraine with Javelin anti-tank systems, whereas during Obama’s presidency no aid was given. He further stated that Biden should never have allocated 350 billion dollars.
