In Vinnytsia region, law enforcement officers promptly detained a man who on October 12 reported his intention to mine the Vinnytsia railway station. The unknown person called line 102 and stated that he had explosives. After that, the police quickly identified the 'miner', who turned out to be a 38-year-old resident of Odesa region.
Detention of the suspect
According to inkorr.com: The man was found and detained while intoxicated. Investigators informed him of his suspicion for deliberately false reporting of danger, which may threaten punishment of up to eight years of imprisonment.
The Office of the Attorney General concluded the pre-trial investigation against the director of a mining enterprise in Vinnytsia region. He is accused of organizing a scheme to evade payment of rent for the use of subsoil for over 27 million UAH.
