Seven persons involved in the case have been charged under the articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine for torture, unlawful deprivation of liberty, robbery, and illegal appropriation of vehicles.
According to police information, the detainees resorted to violence, tortured their victims, demanded money, and took property, even targeting military personnel undergoing rehabilitation after injuries. An investigation is currently underway to clarify all the details of the case.
