According to TSN.ua: A 33-year-old woman from Kostopil in the Rivne region has been arrested in connection with a terrorist attack in Lviv. The bombing resulted in the death of 23-year-old police officer Viktoriia Shpylka and left more than 20 people wounded. The explosions occurred during the night of February 22, with the first detonating around 00:30.
