Zelensky announced special contracts for military personnel after the war: who will receive funding.
According to ТСН: Ukraine, together with international partners, will provide funding for special contracts for military personnel who decide to remain in service after the end of hostilities.
This was announced by President Volodymyr Zelensky during a press conference.
“There are people who have changed professions, who have learned to be military personnel, and after the war, it is their right to return home. What can partners and Ukraine do together? Additional funding, offer decent contracts for those who want to continue serving,” he said.
Zelensky also emphasized that the Ukrainian army has already proven its effectiveness, and it is important to retain the experience gained during the war. According to him, the Ukrainian army, supported by various financial formats, is a guarantee of security in the post-war period.
Earlier, the Ukrainian president stated that a “coalition of willing” from over 30 countries is ready to provide security guarantees for Ukraine after a ceasefire involving participation on land, in the sky, and at sea.
The visit of the President of Ukraine to Berlin occurred against the backdrop of an unexpected technical collapse, as the Bundestag's computer network failed. The failure was so extensive that it sparked rumors about a possible sabotage by Russian special services.
These measures demonstrate Ukraine's commitment to strengthening its army and support from international partners. According to Zelensky's statement, it is important for the army to have opportunities to retain the acquired experience, which will be the basis for ensuring the country's resilience in the future.
