Funding and Support for Combat Brigades
The Ukrainian leader stressed the critical need for direct funding to combat brigades.
“First, direct funding for combat brigades to purchase essential supplies, especially drones,”Zelenskyy emphasized. He also instructed officials to explore additional ways to assist these units.
“I have ordered that each of these points be examined for possible extra steps to further support the brigades,”the president added.
These steps reflect Ukraine’s focus on strengthening its defense capabilities amid the ongoing armed conflict. Direct financing and equipping combat brigades with critical resources like drones could significantly boost their operational effectiveness. Expanding the number of units eligible for combat missions may also enhance the responsiveness and readiness of Ukraine’s Armed Forces to meet their objectives.
