The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, has set a condition for further negotiations with Russia. German Chancellor Friedrich Merz appealed to Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin.

Recall that earlier Zelensky named the conditions for holding the third round of negotiations with Russia. The President believes that it is necessary to complete previously agreed exchanges of prisoners for organizing this.
Moreover, the head of state outlined the format of a possible meeting with Putin. Such negotiations can only take place under clearly defined conditions and with the participation of international mediators.
