According to TSN.ua: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has issued a warning that Russia is preparing for a new wave of mass attacks targeting Ukraine's energy infrastructure. He urged for the maximum possible protection of air defense systems and stressed the critical need to swiftly implement agreements with international partners. Ukrainian intelligence has confirmed these preparations, raising significant concern within the government. On February 12, Russia carried out attacks on a number of Ukrainian cities, including Kyiv, Dnipro, and Odesa.
