'This is the right format for the Headquarters – when both the manufacturers and all those responsible for the effective use of our drones and missiles, as well as for funding, and diplomats, are together,' Zelensky emphasized.

Expansion of Contracts and Cooperation with Partners

The head of state announced intentions to conclude long-term contracts with arms manufacturers, emphasizing the importance of improving air defense and cooperation with international partners.

Zelensky also called for full implementation of diplomatic attacks plans by the end of the year and expanding Ukraine's capabilities in long-range military activities. In this context, negotiations took place with representatives of Croatia and Estonia to support defense production.
