He emphasized that any question of a change in power must be decided solely by the Ukrainian people. Zelenskyy stressed that, under current conditions, the nation must concentrate exclusively on the war as its single overriding priority.

The Domestic Situation

The President noted that 3.6 million citizens have been displaced from their homes due to the war, further complicating the country's situation. Consequently, Ukraine is not considering online voting, as this could create additional risks to stability and security.
