President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky called French President Emmanuel Macron, where they discussed the possibility of a ceasefire in Ukraine.
'Ukraine is ready for a 30-day ceasefire, but Russia must stop setting conditions,' Zelensky stated.
The leaders also discussed the results of the previous online meeting of the heads of state, during which a joint coalition was agreed upon to achieve peace in Ukraine.
An important point was the formation of security guarantees for Ukraine, and the French president supported this initiative. President Zelensky thanked Macron for his efforts to achieve peace and agreed to continue cooperation with partners.
