Zelensky on his visit to Kupiansk: it proved Putin's lies and strengthened Ukraine's position.

According to ТСН: The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized that his address from Kupiansk, located in the Kharkiv region, refuted the false statements of Russian President Vladimir Putin about 'occupied territories' and strengthened Ukraine's negotiating positions.

The head of state shared his thoughts in a comment for journalists, noting:

'My address from Kupiansk significantly influenced both the USA and Europe. It proved that Putin is lying again about 'occupied territories'.'

Zelensky also emphasized that his visit raised Ukraine's status on the international stage:

'Everyone highly appreciated this: both our soldiers holding Kupiansk and the fact that I was there in person. It put an end to the notion that Putin is lying again about new occupied territories.'

Moreover, it is worth noting that the Russian military command reported to Putin about the supposed complete capture of Kupiansk. However, on December 12, Zelensky visited the city and recorded a video address, which confirmed that the enemy does not control Kupiansk.

On the same day, DeepState analysts reported successful actions by the Defense Forces in Kupiansk, which blocked the Russian garrison, cutting it off from main forces, and completely liberated the northwestern outskirts, including Radykivka, Kindrashivka, and Moskalyivka.

This visit by Zelensky to Kupiansk became an important signal in support of the Ukrainian defenders and a symbol of resilience in the face of aggression.
