Zelenskyy emphasized the urgent need for Europe to develop a genuine capacity for self-defense, stating that the continent must know how to protect itself. Zelenskyy also expressed concern over Europe's inaction regarding the establishment of a tribunal for Vladimir Putin.

“A year has passed—and nothing has changed. I have to say the same words again,” he said.

“If you send 30 or 40 soldiers to Greenland—what for? What is the message? What signal does that send to Putin and China?”
