Zelensky agreed on sanctions with the EU against the Russian Federation — who do they concern.
The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, has signed three decrees aimed at aligning Ukraine's sanctions measures against the Russian Federation and other countries. These decrees are synchronized with the fifteenth, sixteenth, and seventeenth packages of sanctions from the European Union.

Who Zelensky imposed sanctions against
According to the President's Commissioner for Sanctions Policy, Vladyslav Vlasuk, the fifteenth package includes individuals from Russia, Belarus, China, and other countries. Among them is Russian pilot Oleksandr Azarenkov, who participated in the attack on the 'Okhmatdyt' hospital, and the manufacturer of combat robots LLC 'Humich'.
The sixteenth package concerns individuals from Russia, China, Turkey, and several other countries. In particular, the list includes the 'Warrior' Center, which is engaged in military-patriotic education in occupied territories, and LLC 'Southern Fleet', which is involved in transporting Russian oil with a shadow fleet.
The seventeenth package includes companies from Russia, China, Turkey, and other countries. Sanctions were imposed on the gold mining company 'Petropavlovsk' and the Chinese company Skywalker Technology Co. Ltd., which is involved in the production of drones for Russia.

It was previously reported that by his decree, Volodymyr Zelensky appointed Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko to the National Security and Defense Council. The decision takes effect from the day of its publication.
