Sanctions Imposed on Entities Linked to Military Industries

According to UATV: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has enacted sanctions against 130 individuals and 48 legal entities connected to the military-industrial complexes of Russia and Iran. The measures also include 10 Russian Paralympic athletes who have publicly supported Moscow's aggression. These actions are part of Kyiv's broader strategy to counter threats from neighboring states involved in military operations against Ukraine.

The decree, signed on March 15, 2023, targets companies supplying components for the production of navigation equipment under the 'Kometa' series, as well as enterprises involved in manufacturing the 'Oreshnik' missile system. This marks another step in Ukraine's ongoing efforts to disrupt supply chains and penalize those enabling hostile military activities.

International Solidarity with Ukraine

Notably, on March 14, 2023, the European Union extended its sanctions against individuals responsible for threatening Ukraine's territorial integrity, now set to remain in force until September 15, 2026. This move reinforces the global community's backing of Ukraine in its struggle for security and sovereignty.
