According to UATV: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has voiced concern over Russia’s threats directed at Armenia and urged European allies to stand with Yerevan. His remarks come amid rising regional tensions fueled by Armenia’s growing alignment with the European Union. In response, Moscow recalled its ambassador to Armenia for consultations—a clear sign of escalating political friction between the two former allies.

Zelenskyy emphasized that every country bordering Russia took note of the comments about Armenia, and that the Armenian people alone have the right to determine their own future. He stated:
