In particular, this applies to military personnel and the families of fallen defenders. It is also important to remember that the right to receive a plot is only once for each type of purpose.

'Right now, it is not possible to submit an application for land acquisition in advance. After the martial law is lifted, citizens will be able to apply with the necessary documents,' explains lawyer Lyubov Polishkevych.
