According to UATV: Trilateral talks involving Ukraine, the United States, and Russia concluded their first day in Geneva on February 17, 2023. The discussions, held in both plenary sessions and working groups, allowed participants to address critical aspects of security and cooperation. Rustem Umerov, Secretary of Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council, reported that both the political and military working groups had finished their first day's agenda.
"Both the political and military blocks have concluded their work for today," stated Rustem Umerov.Umerov added that a report would be delivered to the President of Ukraine, with the political and military groups set to resume their work the following morning.
