He also added that this event is a horrific reminder of what life looks like for ordinary Ukrainians under Russian occupation.
Recall, on November 9, Josep Borrell arrived in Ukraine. This is his fifth visit following Russia's full-scale invasion. Borrell stated that this is his last visit to Kyiv as the high representative of the European Union for foreign affairs and security policy. «The EU's support for Ukraine has been my personal priority throughout my mandate and will remain at the top of the EU agenda,» he noted.
