The military liberated the forest area from the enemy
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, after regaining control over the territory north of the village of Lypytsi in the Kharkiv region, they managed to push the frontline away from Kharkiv and enhance security in the region.
Recently, Ukrainian soldiers liberated the forest area that the enemy called 'Berlin', the General Staff reported.
With the efforts of the 13th Brigade of Operational Designation of the National Guard of Ukraine 'Charter', the 92nd Separate Assault Brigade named after Ivan Sirko, and other units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine, control was restored over a significant area north of Lypytsi in the Kharkiv region, which was considered tactically important.
During the fighting in the region, the enemy suffered losses of over 1,500 wounded and killed, as well as dozens of their military equipment and weapons were destroyed.
This allowed to move combat actions away from Kharkiv and strengthened the defensive positions throughout the region. It should be noted that Russian troops continue to attack the positions of Ukrainian soldiers along the entire front line.
This is another achievement of the Ukrainian military in the fight against the occupiers, indicating the readiness and courage of the country's defenders.
