Mykolaiv TCC commented on the MP's statement regarding the mobilization of reserved employees.

Employees of the Mykolaiv TCC and SP cannot cancel the reservation from mobilization for workers of critical enterprises. This was stated by Tetiana Kiyko, a justice major, assistant head of the legal work center, head of the legal department of the Mykolaiv TCC and SP.
Kiyko noted that the cancellation of the reservation and the mobilization of an employee are related to problems in document flow.
According to the order of the head of the Mykolaiv District Military Administration, the cash settlement center and social support received an order on November 5, 2024, to cancel the mobilization tasks for some enterprises, including LLC 'ATF Agro-Dilo'.
'According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 76 dated January 27, 2023, the provided deferment is subject to cancellation in case of completion or cancellation of the mobilization task by the enterprise. This resolution also canceled the reservation of conscripted employees of the aforementioned enterprise using the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Military Obliged, and Reservists,' Kiyko said.
However, Kiyko emphasized that the employee was reserved not only due to the mobilization task but also because the enterprise is critical for the economy and the livelihood of the population.
Earlier, people's deputy Oleksandr Fedienko reported that TCC employees could mobilize reserved workers by canceling their deferments, complicating their demobilization.
The document from the Tyachiv TCC and SP stated that the citizen was called up for military service due to the cancellation of his reserved status.
