The main figure in the case was a 19-year-old resident of Sarny district, who demanded $6500 for transportation. He provided clients with detailed instructions via messengers and offered meetings in certain locations, avoiding checkpoints on his motorcycle.

The police detained the criminal while he was riding his motorcycle, when he received a part of the payment amounting to $1500.

The detainee was charged under the article 'Illegal transportation of persons across the border', which provides for a punishment of seven to nine years of imprisonment.
