As reported by "Glavcom", the metallurgical plant founded in 1933 is a city within a city. "Azovstal" is one of the largest metallurgical factories in Europe. Its territory covers approximately 11 square kilometers. Before the war, more than ten thousand people worked at "Azovstal".
Also, the occupying authorities closed a large cemetery in Stariy Krym of the Mariupol city community due to a lack of space.
