Anatoliy Anatolich revealed the cost of his house and renovation: how much the host paid.

According to ТСН: The Ukrainian interviewer and host Anatoliy Anatolich shared how life is in his house near Kyiv.

Anatoliy lives in Vyshgorod with his family. Previously, they rented an apartment in the capital, but the rising rental prices prompted them to buy their own home. Anatoliy's wife Yula explains that family moves have become common due to growing needs, and when it became difficult to find an apartment within their budget, they stumbled upon a house that they liked for its price and location.

“We were still young then, renting apartments, we were fine with everything. As the number of children increased, we constantly changed the size: sometimes two rooms, sometimes three. When we moved in, we said we would be here for a long time, but after a year we had to move again. One time I said I couldn’t take it anymore. We decided to sell everything we had to buy just an apartment. We started searching but couldn’t find anything within our budget. Then it happened that during a viewing they showed us a house with a good price. We settled in, and we liked it,” - recalls Yula.

They bought the house in 2015 for 150 thousand dollars. Initially, it had an area of 150 square meters, but over time, the couple built a terrace. After the birth of their third child, they needed additional rooms, which prompted the renovation.

“We bought it when it was 150 square meters, then we built a terrace, adding another 20 square meters. It’s really a great area. When friends and kids come over, we have great zoning. When the third child was born, it became cramped. We have teenage girls; each needs their own space. We started the renovation because we needed to add another bedroom,” - says Yula.

The couple decided to redesign the house to create another bedroom. They have almost completed renovations in all rooms except theirs. The cost of the work was about 60 thousand dollars, which forced Anatoliy to borrow money.

“We remodeled almost the entire house. We haven't finished counting yet. We planned to spend 25-30 thousand dollars on the renovation, but it ended up being twice that. I still owe a fair amount of money; we ran out, so I borrowed,” - shared the interviewer.

Interestingly, it was also revealed that the showman Andriy Danilko owns five apartments in the very center of Kyiv.
