Asda customers face a problem
Several dozen Asda shoppers found that due to a technical glitch, their Christmas vouchers have disappeared. The Christmas Saver Cashpot system allows customers to accumulate rewards throughout the year and use them during the holiday season. All accumulated rewards are kept in a Cashpot, which can be converted into a Christmas voucher.“My vouchers just disappeared, and I can’t afford to lose this money, especially at this time of year,” complains one shopper. Many people believe that this glitch creates additional difficulties as the holidays are getting closer and expenses are rising. The brand confirmed that it is working on resolving the issue and assures that refunds will be considered in case vouchers are lost due to the technical glitch. To avoid similar situations in the future, Asda will likely tighten control over its systems. For now, customers can hope for a quick resolution to the problem and the return of their funds.
