According to The Sun: At least 20 people have died as a result of a powerful earthquake measuring 6.3 that struck Afghanistan. Hundreds of people were injured, and rescuers continue to work on clearing debris in the area where the earthquake occurred near the city of Mazar-i-Sharif.
Sharafat Zamin, spokesperson for the Taliban's Ministry of Health, stated that at least 20 people have died as a result of the earthquake.
Reports indicate that the death toll may rise as rescue operations continue. Authorities are calling for assistance to help those affected and are trying to assess the extent of the damage.
