Two Killed, 18 Wounded in Kherson Over 24 Hours After July 13 Attack.
Strikes Hit Kherson and Kharkiv
According to UATV: On July 13, 2023, Russian forces launched an assault on Kherson, leaving two people dead and two others injured. Across the city and its surrounding region, a total of 18 individuals sustained wounds within a single day. The attacks targeted critical and social infrastructure, as well as residential areas. In Kherson, three apartment buildings, three private houses, and several gas stations were damaged.
Meanwhile, in Kharkiv, an enemy drone crashed in the Nemyshlyanskyi district, though no casualties were reported. Over the same period, the Russian army struck 17 settlements in Kharkiv Oblast, wounding eight people—three of whom were children. More than ten residential buildings, a kindergarten, railway infrastructure, and a medical facility were damaged.
Aerial Assaults and Their Aftermath
On the night of July 13, Russia launched three Kh-59/69 air-launched missiles and 134 attack drones. Impacts were recorded at five locations. These incidents underscore the ongoing aggressive actions by Russian occupiers within Ukrainian territory.
The situation in Ukraine remains tense, with civilians facing constant threats. These attacks highlight how deliberate strikes on infrastructure can have far-reaching consequences for local communities, particularly in terms of access to medical and social services.
