Rescue operations completed in Kyiv after Russian strike: details from Klymenko.
In Kyiv, all search and rescue operations have been completed after the on the capital on the night of July 30 to 31. Minister of Interior Ihor Klymenko shared details about the rescue of people and the elimination of the consequences of the enemy strike on a building in the Sviatoshynskyi district of the city.

Ihor Klymenko emphasized that the search and rescue operations after the Russian strike took place quickly. According to him, the missile hit directly into the building and the chances of survival were minimal.
'This was definitely a direct hit. The fragmentation missile exploded near the entrance to the building. The chances of survival for many people were very small, as everything collapsed around them. A six-year-old boy, who was pulled from under the rubble, suffered serious injuries and died. Under such conditions, it was very difficult. We have identified all the deceased citizens'
In response to a question about the origin of the missiles, Klymenko stated that this is beyond their police competence and they can only comment on their work. It should be noted that a Day of Mourning has been declared in Kyiv for the victims and video of the first moments after the strike has been shown.
The search and rescue operations in Kyiv have concluded following the attack by the Russian Federation on the capital. The Minister of Interior spoke about the rapid response to the incident and the difficult conditions for rescuing the victims. All the deceased have now been identified and a Day of Mourning has been declared in connection with the tragedy.
