According to ТСН: Corps commander Andriy Biletsky spoke in an interview with the YouTube channel "Bombardir" about traditional Soviet communication models that are still preserved in some brigades. For example, in the 60th separate mechanized brigade, there were three different dining rooms: for the enlisted and sergeant staff, for the officers of the headquarters, and for the commander of the brigade.

"[In the commander] a separate furnished room, a separate menu. Not the same as the officer’s, and the officer's is not the same as the soldier's... In another brigade, where my officers are already positioned, it turned out that the meat distribution for the enlisted staff is currently three times higher than a month ago," Biletsky said.

Now the dining rooms and menus have become common for all military personnel, and the distribution of food is done according to the principle of a queue, which was introduced back in the days of the "Azov" regiment.

Officers who do not wish to accept changes or take their duties lightly are transferred to reserve battalions or assigned to carry out combat missions as part of an officer's patrol. Recently, officers from the 60th brigade, who changed their attitude toward the servicemen, were sent to reserve.

"You can cut an 'extremely important task' — that’s an official term. Send such officers to perform the task wherever they send people without thinking about how they have planned everything and prepared. We use this mechanism concerning dishonest people. And this positively affects the personnel — people see justice," Biletsky said.

He emphasized that the main goal of these changes is to create unity among the servicemen regardless of their positions and ranks, as mutual support determines success: "Whether he makes it or not depends on how well they all row at the same time. Not on how loudly the helmsman shouts."

It was also reported earlier that the new commander of the 125th separate heavy mechanized brigade, Major Volodymyr Fokin, conducted an assessment of the knowledge level of the officer staff in the first two months of his activity. Those who did not fulfill their duties properly were included in officer patrols and sent to strengthen the defense in the Kupiansk direction.

These changes in the structure of military food supply and service show a desire to improve the atmosphere in the brigades. They are aimed at breaking old stereotypes and creating more equal conditions for all servicemen. Strengthening officer accountability is intended to improve the morale of the units and strengthen the team spirit during combat missions.
