Officials of Ukraine's Western allies have noticed a change in President Volodymyr Zelensky's approach to ending the war with Russia. Ukrainian officials express readiness to consider options for ending the conflict and acknowledge the necessity of such discussions. This concerns the third winter of the war and the weakening Western support.

Zelensky emphasized Ukraine's key demands concerning the complete withdrawal of Russian troops from occupied territories and Ukraine's accession to NATO. However, according to Bloomberg sources, he is preparing a new "victory plan" that includes specific steps to end the war.

U.S. representatives have asked Kyiv to formulate its needs for the next year, including equipment, industrial development, and financial support.

The issue of Ukraine's NATO membership will also be an important element of the negotiations. It is noted that Biden is under pressure to offer Kyiv an invitation to join the alliance. However, it is unlikely to happen, but it may be used as a bargaining chip during negotiations with the Kremlin.

An official NATO representative expressed doubt about bringing all parties to the negotiation table due to Russia's rejection of Ukraine's NATO membership.

Without specific evidence, it was noted that Zelensky is not ready to abandon territorial integrity. The President of Ukraine denied information about "territorial compromises" discussed by Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha in meetings at the UN.
