Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky held a phone conversation with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg. He shared impressions from this conversation with the NATO alliance’s main secretary.
In particular, Zelensky expressed gratitude for the willingness of NATO member countries to provide assistance and for the supply of weapons for the defense of the Ukrainian people. He also emphasized the importance of pressure on Russia to ensure peace and save lives.
We appreciate the readiness to provide additional 'patriots', and for this, the United States, Germany, and Norway are already working together. There will also be the supply of other weapons to protect the lives of our people and repel Russian assaults.
