Pokrovsk: Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled 52 enemy attacks in a day in Donbas.
Situation in Pokrovsk
According to inkorr.com: In Pokrovsk, Donetsk region, fierce battles continue with Russian occupiers. Ukrainian forces are gradually liberating buildings from enemy attacks. The press service of the 'Eastern' group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that 52 attacks by the enemy have been recorded in this region. Ukrainian soldiers are leaving no chances for the occupiers, effectively detecting and destroying them, including eliminating drones.
It is noted that a total of 80 Russian assaults have been repelled in a day, 52 of which were aimed at Pokrovsk. Fighters are also detecting and destroying the occupiers trying to break through the defense in the northern outskirts of the city.
In addition to Pokrovsk, the enemy attacks the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Myrnohrad, but all their attempts remain fruitless.
Situation Assessment
Analysts note that Russian troops, expending significant resources, are trying to achieve success in Pokrovsk. However, this does not guarantee a strategic turning point in the war in the Donbas.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi, is personally monitoring the situation at the front, particularly in Pokrovsk, where Ukrainian forces are actively repelling attacks from Russian invaders.
The situation in Pokrovsk remains critical, but Ukrainian forces are demonstrating remarkable resilience and professionalism in defending their city. The military continues to work on stabilizing the front, and support from the state and society remains an important factor in this confrontation.
