The Briton has been charged with espionage on behalf of Russia, after which he was detained by Ukrainian law enforcement. According to information provided by Ukrainian authorities, the man was passing data to the Russian intelligence for money, working as a military instructor near the front in the southern city of Mykolaiv. This citizen of the United Kingdom, whose name is not disclosed, allegedly posted advertisements offering his services.“Every instance of espionage must be investigated to ensure the security of our country,” said representatives of Ukrainian authorities.
