Kyrylo Budanov visited the frontline in Zaporizhzhia: awarded the scouts.
According to ТСН: Kyrylo Budanov, head of the GUR MO, visited the frontline positions in Zaporizhzhia, where he met with the fighters of the 'Timur Special Unit'.
This was reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
“While at the location of combat missions, Kyrylo Budanov communicated with the soldiers and officers of the GUR, who are directly involved in identifying and destroying Russian occupiers and enemy equipment,” the message states.
The head of intelligence checked the working conditions of the fighters at the frontline and awarded them for professionalism and bravery.
Previously, Budanov commented on the issue of 'territories in exchange for peace'.
“Don't rush into this. I say again: I am a maximal opponent of giving anything away. In principle,” emphasized the chief Ukrainian intelligence officer.
This meeting highlights the importance of support and morale boosting for Ukrainian military personnel at the forefront. Budanov's words reflect the position of Ukrainian leadership regarding territorial concessions in the context of the ongoing war. At this time of difficult trials, unity and determination on national security issues remain a priority for Ukraine.
