Head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense Kyrylo Budanov stated that Ukrainians who do not defend their country and do not support the army cannot be considered citizens of Ukraine. He urged the public to perceive such people as they really are.
Some can fight, some can support the army in the rear, but everyone must help to achieve victory. But if a person refuses to fulfill their duties, then they cannot be considered a citizen.
Earlier, Budanov spoke about the future of the Russian army after the war. He also answered questions about Russia's responsibility for its crimes.
An American journalist also revealed new details about the poisoning of Budanov's wife.
