How to authenticate in Army+ and gain access to the application

Ukrainians were explained what to do if they encountered problems with authentication in the Army+ application.

According to the information on the Telegram channel of the StratCom of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the military application Army+ is used by thousands of servicemen. However, sometimes fighters face difficulties when logging into the application.

The main reason for the difficulties is that the territorial recruitment centers may not have updated the information, leaving the status 'military liable' in the database instead of changing it to 'active serviceman'.

To resolve this issue, an updated instruction has been published, which helps in 80% of cases with authentication. It is important to pass this information to other servicemen who may also need assistance.
