Ukraine must constantly replenish the ranks of the Armed Forces, as it is impossible to end the war without it. This was stated by Lieutenant Colonel Andrii Moroz, Acting Deputy Chief of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional TCC and Head of the Mobilization and Defense Sector, in an interview with "Western Courier".

According to him, new military units are being formed, receiving Western arms samples, and conscripts are undergoing training abroad.

That is why we constantly work to educate the public that mobilization is not scary, it is necessary. All conscripts must fulfill their civic duty. Even those who currently have the right to deferment must understand that a day may come when they will have to join the Armed Forces

They also plan to conduct educational efforts to popularize recruitment into the Armed Forces, for which several recruiting groups operate in Prykarpattia.

Many do not know that if a person independently approaches the TCC, we will meet them halfway and allow them to choose the military unit where they wish to serve. For this, the person must receive a recommendation letter from the relevant unit and provide it to us. Then, after passing the VLK and training, they are guaranteed to serve in the chosen unit

Moroz emphasized that mobilization should not be feared and one should be prepared for it.

I recommend to everyone, even those who have the right to deferment, to still undergo a course on drone operation or tactical medicine training. Or undergo other training that would be useful in the army. Every conscript should be ready for the moment they are mobilized. This should be calmly accepted

According to Moroz, conscripts who have not updated their military registration data are in violation and will be held administratively liable. They are wanted by the police and are identified by TCC employees.

It was previously known that the draft of men with limited suitability aged 18 to 25 had been halted. Currently, mobilization is possible only with written consent.

Members of the Parliament Committee on National Security, Intelligence, and Defense addressed the General Staff with the question of lowering the minimum draft age from 25 to 20 years. However, the General Staff stated that there is no such need at present.
