Inaccuracies in 'Reserve+'
One citizen asked lawyers whether he could be detained at the TCC checkpoint if his electronic document in 'Reserve+' contains inaccurate information. Lawyer Yuriy Aivazian emphasized that such inaccuracies are not a sufficient basis for detention and delivery to the TCC. The lawyer also noted that a person can only be detained if there is a search mark in 'Reserve+'.
The general mobilization in Ukraine after the introduction of martial law is accompanied by the actions of territorial recruitment centers, which can detain citizens only in exceptional situations. The lawyer emphasized that even minor inaccuracies in documentation are not a sufficient basis for detaining a person. This makes the mobilization process more transparent and fair for citizens.
