Driver's Day 2024: History of the Holiday, Greetings in Prose, Poems, and Postcards.

October 27 is celebrated as Driver's and Road Workers' Day. This holiday is intended for greeting professionals engaged in transportation, as well as amateur car enthusiasts.

The history of the holiday began in 1980 when the Day of Automotive Transport Workers or Driver's Day was established. Later, this professional holiday was combined with Driver's Day, which is celebrated by all participants in road traffic and road maintenance workers. Driver's Day was approved by a decree of the President of Ukraine in 1993.

On this day, congratulations are extended to all who are connected with cars and roads. This especially concerns drivers who daily sacrifice their time and health to ensure reliable movement, road repairs, and assistance. Employees of the automotive industry and all those whose work is related to transport are also congratulated.

On the occasion of Driver's Day, I wish that roads are always smooth, fuel tanks full, and cars reliable companions on the life path. I also wish confidence behind the wheel, success on any journey, and happiness every day.
