New Services Coming to the Diia Portal

According to TSN.ua: Ukraine's Ministry of Digital Transformation is introducing three new services on the Diia state portal. These include a streamlined employee reservation system, an automated process for tax benefits, and a map of internet providers designed for use during blackouts. These updates aim to boost operational efficiency for businesses and provide users with real-time information on available internet services. The Diia app has become a cornerstone of Ukraine's digital public services, widely used for official documents and administrative tasks.

By the end of March 2026, a tool for reserving employees for up to 45 days will be added. This update will allow company managers to extend existing reservations for groups of employees, simplifying organizational processes for businesses.

Furthermore, a new "Property and Income Tax Declaration" service is launching. The system will automatically pull data on income, assets, and taxes paid, significantly easing tax reporting for citizens. Diia will also feature a simplified mechanism for obtaining tax rebates, enabling users to manage their finances more effectively.

Provider Map and Its Advantages

Another key innovation will be the "Provider Map," which will operate in two phases. In the first phase, providers will submit data to the portal on addresses where networks are built using xPON technology. The second phase will enable app users to see these points on a map, allowing them to quickly locate available internet services in the event of blackouts.

Details on the upcoming updates were provided by Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation, Valeriia Koval.

These new services are designed to make interactions between citizens, businesses, and the state more convenient and efficient.

The introduction of these services on the Diia portal is part of the Ministry's strategy to simplify administrative procedures and increase transparency in citizen-state interactions. In the context of modern challenges, particularly blackouts, these new solutions can significantly ease access to information and services, ensuring communication stability. These changes are expected to foster greater trust in digital government services and stimulate entrepreneurial activity in the country.
