«Diia» launched recruitment to the Army of Drones.

Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov announced that the "Diia" application now offers the opportunity to join the Army of Drones. After submitting an application, a person will join the unit they choose and undergo basic military training with a signed contract. An important advantage of joining the Army of Drones is that fitness for service is confirmed at the application stage, so there is no need to undergo a medical examination.

Recruitment to the Army of Drones

According to Fedorov, recruitment in the "Diia" application is similar to job searching on a job vacancy site: users can choose a brigade or unit using filters and send an application. After this, a recruiter will invite the person for an interview, after which a contract will be signed.

According to Fedorov, within the Army of Drones, hundreds of strike squads have been formed and tens of thousands of operators have been trained. The Ministry of Defense has begun certifying private UAV operator schools, and recruitment via the "Diia" application is the next step for those wishing to participate in this war.

The Ministry of Digital Transformation announced the launch of recruitment to the UAV operator units through the "Diia" application. With this application, people do not need to visit the territorial recruitment center or undergo a medical examination.

On October 14, 21,000 citizens applied to the centers of the Ukrainian army, of whom 5,230 people are already candidates for service in the Defense Forces.
