Up to 600 hryvnias per kilo: Metro, Varus and Auchan raised prices for sausage and cheese.


This March, prices for sausage and cheese in Ukrainian supermarkets changed. According to the data from the Minfin portal, prices for some products increased, while for others, they decreased.
The cost of hard cheese 'Zveny Hora Dutch 45%' increased from February's 533.28 UAH to 592.73 UAH per kilogram. At the same Time, the price of cheese 'Kamo 50%' slightly decreased - from 505.83 UAH in February to 501.83 UAH in March.
There was also a significant price difference for these products in different stores. For example, in Auchan, cheese 'Kamo 50%' costs 419.00 UAH, while in Novus its price is 549.00 UAH per kilogram.
As for sausage, the prices for 'Alan doctors' slightly decreased - from 399.48 UAH to 394.90 UAH per kilogram. However, in different stores, the price for this sausage can vary significantly: from 348.80 UAH in Megamarket to 431.89 UAH in Metro.
Sausage 'Auchan doctors' remained unchanged in price - 344.90 UAH per kilogram, but 'Globino doctors' increased in price from 296.74 UAH to 319.00 UAH per kilogram.
Previously, prices for cabbage also increased in Ukraine.
