The dollar rose by 29 kopecks in buying and 28 kopecks in selling. Meanwhile, the euro gained 23 kopecks in buying and 21 kopecks in selling. The average dollar rate at exchange points climbed by 3 kopecks in buying.
However, in another segment of the currency market, the euro dropped by 5 kopecks in both buying and selling. The hryvnia-to-dollar exchange rate stands at 44.46–44.92 UAH. At the same time, the euro is being bought for 50.82 UAH and sold for 51.43 UAH.
Currency Auction Developments
At the currency auction, the dollar is trading at 44.76–44.75 UAH, while the euro is quoted at 51.20–51.30 UAH. The interbank market opened in the range of 44.70–44.73 UAH/USD, with euro trading at 51.06–51.08 UAH/EUR. This situation highlights the shifting landscape for major currencies in the market.
