Drivers Behind Currency Fluctuations
Exchange rate shifts often stem from multiple factors, including monetary policy, inflation expectations, and the broader health of the economy. A rising dollar may signal stronger demand for the U.S. currency, whereas a weakening euro could reflect changes in investor sentiment or forecasts for the European economy. Such swings not only impact the forex market but also influence consumer prices and international trade dynamics.
