According to Novyny.live: Two explosions occurred in central Lviv in the early hours of February 22, resulting in casualties. The first blast was heard at 00:30 on Shpitalna Street near the 'Magnus' shopping center, followed by a second explosion at 00:43. One person was killed, with several others injured, including police officers and a member of the National Guard. The city of Lviv, a major cultural hub in western Ukraine, has been a refuge for many displaced by the war.
