Two brigades called for the return of soldiers who left their units without permission.
Call for soldiers to return to service
Military brigades have called on soldiers who left their units without permission to return to service. This became known from the statements of the 53rd and 47th separate mechanized brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In the appeals, readiness to provide support at all stages of the return is emphasized.
For every serviceman who previously left the unit without permission, the doors are now open for returning. We have one country, one goal, and we can only win together. It's important that everyone willing to defend our land can join the common cause, regardless of past decisions.
The 47th brigade also appealed to the soldiers, noting that it understands various reasons for leaving units without permission, and assured its readiness to help with consultations and support during the return.
Some are tired and miss their loved ones, others did not find a place in their brigade for their specialty. We are ready to offer you decent conditions with a modern approach. Our goal is to provide every soldier the opportunity to return and realize themselves.
Recall that in Ivano-Frankivsk, the court released a soldier from punishment and returned him to service.
As reported by "Glavkom", Obolonsky District Court of Kyiv found a man from Donetsk guilty of evading military service during mobilization and sentenced him to the maximum punishment – five years in prison.
In Vinnytsia region, a man refused to fight due to poverty and lack of family.
In addition, in Khmelnytsky, a man found guilty by the court of avoiding mobilization lost his property, except for housing. It was confiscated by the state.
As is known, courts in Ukraine consider that those convicted under the article "evasion of conscription for military service during mobilization" (Article 336 of the Criminal Code) must fight.
