January 2025: The United Kingdom expects the bleakest month of the year.
Christmas is coming
According to The Sun: Christmas is approaching, but right after it, we are faced with what seems to be the longest and most unpleasant month of the year - January. According to the travel company First Choice, the United Kingdom is undergoing one of the darkest winter months in Europe, with only 41 to 62 hours of sunshine counted in January, which amounts to just 90 to 100 minutes a day.
“January can be quite bleak, and it often feels like the most uncomfortable month of the year,” experts note.
Temporary difficulties
At this time of year, many people face difficulties due to the lack of natural light, which can affect mood and overall well-being.
However, it is essential to remember the opportunities that the new year brings and that soon the days will become longer and brighter.
January, although it may seem tough, always brings new chances. It is important to find joy in the daily little things and to use this time for self-development, as it is also a period of new beginnings.
