Low unemployment and shortage of labor in Russia
Russian President Vladimir Putin emphasized that the country has a low level of unemployment, but at the same Time, he acknowledged a shortage of labor.
Economic analyst Vyacheslav Shiryaev noted that this approach is contradictory as it does not take into account the interdependence between these two problems.
"The problem is really complex. Firstly, these are the losses caused by the war and the departure of qualified workers abroad. Secondly, it is the policy against migrants, which is imposed by the so-called Z-community. All these 'Z-patriots' oppose immigrants and people of different nationalities," he explained.
Shiryaev noted that even legally working migrants have started leaving Russia due to the Kremlin's policies and discriminatory laws prohibiting work in certain sectors of the economy.
He emphasized that the idea of opening Russian enterprises in friendly countries to stop the influx of migrants is also unrealistic and may even harm the Russian economy.
"Such ideas can finally worsen the situation in the Russian economy, as has already happened with the state. Putin's plan seems ideal, but in reality, it is a plan he borrows from Xi Jinping," the analyst summed up.
