Ex-MP Lyashko, serving in the Ukrainian Armed Forces, received a promotion.

The leader of the Radical Party, Oleh Lyashko, who is a lieutenant in the Ukrainian Armed Forces, has been appointed commander of a battalion of unmanned control systems of a separate mechanized brigade. This was announced by the commander of the reconnaissance unit of the Ukrainian Ground Forces, Denys Yaroslavsky, on Facebook.
“Well, the mobilization will go according to plan, and I will raise the motivation of the guys at the front, especially those who spent the whole war on the 2nd-3rd line in sergeants, without receiving any awards,” – wrote the military officer.
Yaroslavsky is concerned about this appointment.
“How about this career advancement – Lieutenant Lyashko O. V. (to be fair, he sometimes came to the command post for reporting purposes), appointed as a battalion commander in one of the brigades (a lieutenant-colonel position). Strive,” – said Yaroslavsky and published an extract from the order.
In the order issued on October 11, 2024, Lyashko was appointed as the commander of a battalion of unmanned control systems of a separate mechanized brigade.
The leader of the Radical Party, Oleh Lyashko, has joined the Ukrainian army.
It also became known that Oleh Lyashko has a personal bodyguard at the front, as reported by serviceman Oleksiy Byk in an interview for Glavcom.
Sniper Yevgenia Emerald addressed Lyashko with a request to influence her bodyguard, her ex-husband Yevhen Stypanyuk, who threatened her.
